Once upon a time, there was two people an Auckland wedding photographer called, Robert and the other a Makeup Artist, Donna. Somehow the name 'Robert and Donna' united and became a brand name as New Zealand wedding photgrapher and Makeup Artist combined since early 1990's. The rest is history. In 2000yr Donna departed 'Robert and Donna' and moved to Hamilton with her husband and kids due to his new career. Since then I have Makeup Artist and Assistants. I'm still the principle photographer for your day.

I love photographing weddings and the best part about weddings is the emotional smiles when the bride and groom exchange rings at the marriage ceremony. The second best thing I love about weddings is the diverse culture of people we have in Auckland. Every marriage ceremony is unique and challenging to create memorable wedding photos and wedding album to last the newly married couple for the rest of their lives.

No wedding is too small to photograph. Whether you're getting married at the Registrar Office or at a hotel venue I have a package to suit your wedding day and wedding budget. I am open to styles, so please feel free to input your ideas. We are all different and have unique ideas for our wedding. I am based out West Auckland and my assignments are throughout New Zealand and Australia. I am pleased to say, I have a very high ratio of married couples with kids and still in love many years later. Congratulatons to them all!

Portraits is my forte and many of my images are on websites and advertising billboards around Auckland. You most probably have seen them. My images are seen over 10,000 times per week on websites but unfortunately due to copyright I am unable to disclose my famous images.

My professional Makeup Artists can provide Makeup for the bride, groom and bridesmaids. Recommended for family photos, commercial photography portraits and personal glamour portraits. Only professional products are used.

I use many camera formats: Digital DSLR, 3D photos, 135mm Film and 120 Medium Format. Either format I can produce a commercial photograph any time any place, just like an Artist painting with a brush. This is a professional photographer. A secret here, I still believe film for wedding portraits is the best for NZ people because film offers beautiful smooth skin tones and films dynamic range suits the harsh lighting conditions only seen in New Zealand. Note, I did say NZ only. Q: Which photo on the left is the prettiest? A: The film one.
